Chris’s academic background is in consciousness studies, positive psychology, meditation, and business from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. His combined fascination with the human condition and consciousness itself is at the heart of Mindful Muscle. Chris lives in Hermosa Beach, California, where he has found the love of his life: the ocean.
