Meditation Script for Clarity
Meditating is, in fact, one of the greatest ways to gain clarity on anything in your life you desire more clarity on. The goal is that through meditation you’re able to clear your mind and be open to receiving clarity. To practice this, sit in a comfortable position.
You may want to continue this practice longer than the 10 minutes, so make sure that your legs are definitely comfortable and bring your spine into straight alignment.
really take a moment to feel your sit bones planted firmly and to feel the top of your head as though it is being pulled upwards, chin remaining in a neutral position. Letting your palms rest in your lap, facing upward, symbolizing openness and receptivity and softly close your eyes just to allow all of your awareness to focus on how you are currently breathing.
What muscles are being engaged?
How does the air feel as it enters the tip of your nose? How does it sound?
As you exhale, and as you become aware of the subtle nuances to your breath, you simply begin to intentionally breathe. To do this. Send all of the air down to your lower abdomen, letting both your stomach and your rib cage fully expand on the inhales. And on every outbreath, allow your abdomen and your ribcage to contract as the air exits. Allow your inhales to equal the length of your exhales.
At the top of each breath, you may find a sense of peace in that in-between moment of breathing in and breathing out. And at the bottom, you might find an opportunity to enter inwards even more deeply to this present moment. And as you breathe this way, let yourself bring up the situation in which you desire more clarity.
This is not for you to cling to, for you to try to rationalize with logic.
In this moment, set the intention to surrender it, to give it up to something greater than yourself and to be open, willing and ready to experience crystal clear clarity on the subject.
As you surrender, focus on the area in between your eyebrows, about a half an inch up and an inch inward.
Let your awareness rest here. Not trying to control anything, not trying to perceive anything. Just being aware and connected to this energy center in your body that is known for helping you with intuition.
With your awareness on this energy center, simply feel appreciation towards it and continue to surrender the subject for which you desire more clarity. Letting it go, not clinging to any outcome, just being open to the highest, most loving possible outcome.
Now let your awareness travel up to the very top of your head. This area is known as your crown chakra and it is responsible for your connection to something greater than yourself.
Again, not trying to control it or change it or force it to receive anything. Simply feel appreciation towards it.
And now letting your awareness go even higher, approximately one foot above your head. Another area, another energy center that is designed to help you receive and as you focus on these three energy centers, the one in between your brows, the top of your head, and approximately one foot upwards.
Also, focus now on the area just below your navel and a couple of inches inwards and set an intention in this area for it to serve as wide open arms, welcoming in any data inspiration or knowledge from your higher energy centers without trying to control or cause anything to happen. Simply breathe and be open with this intention.
Imagine clarity flowing in through the top of your head, down as white light into the area just below your navel.
Allow yourself to get a gut knowing in your stomach, receiving clarity on a physical level, feeling an inner knowing in your gut.
Take this with you if you are ready and if not, simply sit longer, receiving welcoming energy from divine guidance down into your abdomen.
And whenever you’re ready, take the knowledge that you’ve discovered with you as you slowly open your eyes.

Clarity Meditation Script
Welcome to this powerful meditation to access clarity. I will guide you through some relaxing breathing techniques followed by your body’s awareness, then you will be taken on a journey through the depths of your mind to find clarity in all you seek…
Make sure you are wearing comfortable clothing, and are in a place that allows for you to find peace and calm in the busy world around you. You are embarking on a quest to clear through the noise of your life and mind, to uncover the clearness you deserve to see.
Breathe in deeply, and as you exhale imagine that you are blowing out any old air that has been sitting in your lungs…
(pause)
Again, breathe in slowly and fully… exhale as much as you can, imagining you are cleaning out stagnant air by doing so…
(pause)
Once more, inhale fresh, clean air… exhale any last bit of dirty air…
(pause)
Notice the clarity you have already cultivated in the lungs…
(pause)
Let your breath return to the natural, automatic rhythm… observing it flowing in and out…
(pause)
How many thoughts are passing through your awareness right now?… Noticing what things are cluttering your mind….
(pause)
Can you clearly hear your intuition? or can you easily see those thoughts that are pushing you towards excellence?

Perhaps your mind is busy thinking about what you did today… or maybe something that happened years ago… maybe your mind is traveling to the future in the land of possibilities…

Invite the thoughts to settle a bit more, by watching them slowing down… little by little…

Thoughts are coming and thoughts are going, as they always do…

Let’s imagine the mind is like a storage space… picture a very large garage door in front of you, painted in your favorite color…. What lies behind this door represents how clear you have kept your mind through the years…
In your hand, you hold the opener, and with a click of a button, the biggest garage door you have ever seen begins to slowly open….
As the door squeaks into its fully open position, there you see it… packed to the brim with stuff… old lamps… boxes… a bicycle you had when you were 3… kick knacks you’ve carried through the years in hopes to use them in the future…. And objects you can’t even tell what they are used for… and on top of all this stuff is a light gray layer of dust…
This is how you have been taking care of your mind…
Take a big breath in as full as you can… because breathing is what gives you the energy to take on this mess.
Breathe in again, and close your eyes within your mind and still yourself as you stand before the storage of the mind… you take a moment all to yourself, within this story…
(pause)
Extend a kind-of appreciation to all the things you have collected here, and what you have held onto that they represent… old memories… plans for future use… heirlooms connecting you to ancestry… and material things you thought needed a home… but you don’t need a single item here… they are covering up something very special within the mind…
(pause)
So instead, extend gratitude that you are here now, ready to dig through the depths of your consciousness in order to get rid of the mental clutter….
(pause)
As you reach towards the first item, a dust-covered book, as soon as your hand makes contact, it disappears, leaving behind floating particles of gray…
Wow… you don’t even need to know what the book was about or even if you should keep it… it is gone… and this new superpower is very exciting…
You touch an old rusty lamp, and it vanishes…
This is going to be much easier than you thought… that is how clearing the mind works… all you need to do is face the clutter…
There is a huge bicycle, with a headlight… probably made in the 1940s… you place your hand on it, and it’s gone… nothing but the dust remains, falling to the ground…
You start clearing through things one after the other until it seems to have gotten through half the room…
Even though this amazing ability is instant, it is still taking you a long time to touch each thing… feeling so much lighter and clearer as you go…. This is really fun…
You even clean away small things on the ground as you go along by tapping your toes on it…
You have made your way through almost everything, and you see there is one last thing, a giant mirror that remains… it is old and dusty just like everything else… you go to touch the frame, but instead of disappearing, your touch makes the mirror return to brand new condition…
In the mirror, you see yourself at about age 5 or so… you are so pure, radiating good health… your younger self smiles at you, then says, “remain childlike”
The younger you slowly fades from the mirror, and a version of you appears that is very old and very wise, yet radiates the same exact purity that you did when you were a child…
They smile a loving, wrinkled smile, looking deeply into your eyes and say, “meditate and create”.
Then they too slowly fade from the reflection…
You deeply understand the messages given here today….

Now gently, allow the clean room of your mind to drift away from your awareness, never to be forgotten…
You have successfully cleared your mind in order to hear the messages your inner child and your wise old self had to tell you.
